When booking your room, you will receive a confirmation email. There is a £40 non-refundable deposit payable on confirmation of your booking (Cash, cheque, debit or credit card). This gives you certainty that your booking is secure, and gives us comfort that you intend to arrive on the day you have booked.

Rooms should be vacated by 10am

Rooms would be available for new guests by 3pm

Rooms should be left clean and tidy and owner must be reimbursed for any breakages or damage.

No pets or smoking allowed

The owners reserve the right to refuse any individual from entering the property.

The Owners shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss or mishap to persons or property whilst on or using the premises.
